Deze week kwam er nog een extra aankondiging van Spark Models in de schaal 1/18 binnen, voor de Dutch Driver verzamelaars: De 2022 Oreca Gibson 07 #44 waarmee onder andere de Nederlander Bent Viscaal mee deelnam aan de 24 uren van Le Mans. 

LookSmart Models heeft in de schaal 1/43 de Ferrari Vision Gran Turism aangekondigd. Plaats hier een pre-order. The Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo, a closed-wheel single-seater, is the first Ferrari concept car created specifically for the virtual motor sport world.

Van MCG Models hebben we in de schaal 1/18 de 1976 Wereldkampioen ontvangen: James Hunt in de McLaren M23. Voorzien van zeer schappelijke prijs en een los setje Marlboro waterdecals, hier te bestellen.

Minichamps maakt soms hele rare afwegingen. Of eigenlijk wel heel vaak. Maar wie snapt dit beleid? Ze zijn nu bezig met ronde 6 van heruitgaven van Senna modellen in de schaal 1/18. Nu achter elkaar komen er twee varianten van de 1988 McLaren Honda MP4/4. Wie ziet de verschillen? Voorbode van wat er over 20 jaar van Max Verstappen zal verschijnen aan modellen........

Bijzonder .  Monaco 1996. David Coulthard had een probleem met zijn Bell helm en leende een reserve helm van Michael Schumacher waarmee DC in zijn McLaren Mercedes MP4/11 tweede werd achter winnaar Olivier Panis. Deze uitvoering mét Michael Schumacher helm is GPreplicas in de schaal 1/18 i snu uit voorraad leverbaar.  Hier te bestellen.  

Gisteren hebben we van Minichamps de Valencia 2021 Yamaha YZR M1 uitvoering van Valentino Rossi ontvangen. De laatste race uitgevoerd in de schaal 1/12 en hier te bestellen. In een later stadium brengt Minichamps ook nog een 1/12 figuur uit passend op deze motorfiets.
